Ruberte Thiele, MD, recently completed the 100th robotic knee replacement surgery at Sovah Health-Danville (Va.), the Danville Register & Bee reported March 22.
Sovah Health is the only healthcare provider in the region to offer minimally invasive, robot-assisted joint replacement surgery.
Dr. Thiele's specialties include hip and knee procedures and robotic-assisted partial and total knee replacements.
