First Citizens Bank has provided $20.5 million toward the acquisition of a Cumming, Ga.-based medical office building anchored by Resurgens Orthopaedics.
The 92,000-square-foot building also houses an ASC and is located adjacent to the Northside Hospital Forsyth, according to a July 26 press release.
