Shoreline Orthopaedics partners with hospital for $28.9M facility

Holland (Mich.) Hospital and Shoreline Orthopaedics are partnering to build a 40,000 square-foot medical office building in Zeeland, Mich., the Holland Sentinel reported May 20.

The project will cost $28.9 million and will have an orthopedic ASC, urgent care and clinical offices, the report said. Holland-based Shoreline Orthopaedics has had a collaborative relationship over 40 years.

"The collaboration of hospitals and independent physicians is essential to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes and patient experiences while being focused on efficiency and providing high value for orthopedic healthcare to the region," Patti VanDort, president of Holland Hospital, said in the release.

Construction on the facility is expected to start later in 2023, and it is set to open in early 2025.
