1. Stryker completed its acquisition of Serf SaS in March. Serf SAS is a France-based hip implant company and is behind the Dual Mobility Cup.

2. Stryker completed its acquisition of Artelon, a company that develops soft tissue fixation products for sports medicine and foot and ankle procedures in July. Artelon's products enhance biological and mechanical ligament and tendon reconstruction and have been used in more than 60,000 cases globally.

3. Stryker signed a definitive agreement to acquire care.ai, a company developing artificial intelligence-assisted virtual care workflows and smart room technology. The companies will operate as separate entities, and the transaction will close pending customary closing conditions.

4. Stryker signed a definitive agreement to acquire Vertos Medical, a pain management company. Vertos Medical focuses on treating chronic lower back pain from lumbar spinal stenosis and is behind the Mild procedure. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, and Stryker and Vertos Medical will continue to operate as separate entities.
