The Spine Center at Valley View in Glenwood Springs, Colo., brought on board spine surgeon Felipe Ituarte, MD, according to an announcement in CityBiz.
Dr. Ituarte previously worked at OrthoMontana in Billings. He earned his medical degree at the University of California Los Angeles, and he completed his residency at the University of Missouri in Columbia.
Before starting college he spent four years in the U.S. Navy as an aviation structural mechanic.
