Alexander Robertson, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon at University Orthopedics in Providence, R.I.
Dr. Robertson is a clinical assistant professor at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University in Providence. He has admitting privileges at the Providence-based Miriam Hospital and Rhode Island Hospital and Newport (R.I.) Hospital.
Dr. Robertson received his medical degree from University of Virginia School of Medicine in Charlottesville and completed trauma fellowship training at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. Dr. Robertson also underwent spine fellowship training at the Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia.
In his spare time, Dr. Robertson plays several racket sports including tennis, paddle tennis and squash. He enjoys mountain biking, fly fishing and coaching his daughters' soccer and lacrosse teams.
