Medical device company ups orthopedic implant production

Orthopedic

Medical device manufacturer Norman Noble is refining its manufacturing processes to meet an increasing demand for orthopedic implants, specifically bone plates, according to an Oct. 27 report from Today's Medical Developments.

Norman specifically focuses on cutting-edge orthopedic bone plates. Its growth plan aims to improve operational efficiency and optimize production processes.

To meet growth objectives, the company has restructured its production workflow, integrating both machining and secondary automated finishing into a continuous process.

Through the elimination of isolated production stages, the company has reduced lead times, improved consistency and maximized operational efficiency across all phases of orthopedic plate production.
