David Karli, MD, has opened an orthopedic regenerative medicine center focusing on bone marrow concentrate and micronized fat stem cell therapies in Miami, Fla.
The Karli Center will offer orthobiologic procedures for patients looking for nonsurgical health options, according to a Nov. 1 press release.
Dr. Karli has two decades of experience in regenerative medicine, specializing in regulatory compliant research and innovation in orthobiologic procedures.
The center will focus on stem cell therapy possibilities, using patients' stem cells to devise tailored treatment plans for conditions including arthritis, sports injuries, chronic pain and orthopedic diseases.
Besides stem cell therapies, the center will provide platelet-rich plasma therapy, which uses the body's platelets to support healing and tissue regeneration.
It will also offer bone marrow concentrate and micronized fat therapies which tap into the regenerative properties of stem cells and growth factors in bone marrow blood and fat tissue.
Dr. Karli is doing research on the use of BMC therapy for managing orthopedic and spinal conditions and chronic pain.
