The Attune Knee system, developed by DePuy Synthes, has been implanted in more than one million patients, according to a June 23 press release.

Three things to know:

1. Designed for knee replacement procedures, Attune Knee is designed to provide stability while the knee is in motion.

2. In September 2019, the company launched its Attune Cementless Knee system, which features four porous-coated pegs and a central cone to improve fixation.

3. DePuy Synthes, which celebrates its 125th anniversary this year, is an orthopedic device company under the Johnson & Johnson umbrella.
