Four orthopedic surgeons recently treated professional athletes:

Andrew Dossett, MD, performed back surgery on New York Yankees left-handed pitcher James Paxton, the team reported.

Timothy Kremchek, MD, removed loose cartilage in the right shoulder of Cincinnati Reds third baseman Eugenio Suárez.

Robert Anderson, MD, repaired the torn right Achilles tendon of Dallas Mavericks center Dwight Powell.

William Meyers, MD, repaired a core muscle injury on Cleveland Browns wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. on Jan. 21, the team reported.
