Here are six spine surgeons making headlines this week:

James Lynch, MD, performed a spinal fusion with the Augmedics Xvision Spine System, an augmented reality system that allows for real-time projection of spinal anatomy.

Manitowoc, Wis.-based Holy Family Memorial Lakeshore Orthopaedics added Richard Manos, MD, to its spine team.

Jeffrey Gross, MD, highlighted the importance of safety compliance for hospitals to avoid further inpatient spine surgery cancellations.

Raymond Gardocki, MD, completed an endoscopic interbody fusion with Integrity Implants' Flarehawk 7 expandable cage.
