Here are six spine and neurosurgeons making headlines.

Traverse City, Mich.-based Munson Healthcare settled a $7 million lawsuit filed by neurosurgeon Kenneth M. Louis, MD.

Little Rock-based Arkansas Neuroscience Institute Co-founder and Director Ali Krisht, MD, received the 2019 Herbert Olivecrona Award for his neurosurgery work.

Norwalk, Ohio-based Fisher-Titus Health added Tim Moore, MD, to its spine surgery staff, effective March 19.

North Charleston, S.C.-based Trident Medical Center's Sabino D'Agostino, DO, performed robotic spinal surgery on 91-year-old Julia Tourtellotte — and performed a dance with the patient months later.

Mount Pleasant-based McLaren Central Michigan added neurosurgeon Timothy Spencer, DO, to its staff.

Dover, Del.-based Bayhealth Neurosurgery hired neurosurgeon Amit Goyal, MD.
