7 Hospital for Special Surgery moves in 2022

From surgical pioneering to facility expansions, here are seven stories related to New York City-based Hospital for Special Surgery that Becker's has covered in 2022:

1. Hospital for Special Surgery is partnering with sports technology company Sports Engineering to design athletic footwear that reduces the chance of foot and ankle injuries.

2. Hospital for Special Surgery installed AeroClean Technologies' Pūrgo air purification and sanitization devices in its facilities.

3. Hospital for Special Surgery named Marci Goolsby, MD, and Beth Shubin Stein, MD, as co-directors of its Women's Sports Medicine Center.
