Pro football health organization adds orthopedic surgeons to advisory board

Two orthopedic surgeons joined Hall of Fame Health's medical advisory board.

Orthopedic surgeons Ravi Bashyal, MD, and MaCalus Hogan, MD, and three other physicians were added to the board, according to a June 7 news release. Dr. Bashyal is a joint replacement surgeon at NorthShore University Health System in Evanston, Ill. Dr. Hogan is chief of foot and ankle surgery at UPMC.

Jerome Adams, MD, Nicole Christian-Brathwaite, MD, and Peggy Duggan, MD, are the other additions to the medical advisory board. 

Canton, Ohio-based Hall of Fame Health is a joint venture between the Pro Football Hall of Fame and Sovereign Healthcare and develops services for people involved with the sport, the release said.
