Holyoke, Colo.-based Melissa Memorial Hospital added orthopedic and sports medicine surgeon Anthony Sanchez, MD, to its medical staff, reports The Holyoke Enterprise.
Dr. Sanchez specializes in joint replacement surgery, ligament and joint reconstruction, sports medicine and injuries, arthroscopic surgery for the shoulder and knee and orthopedic trauma.
He completed his medical degree and residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Colorado — Health Sciences Center in Denver.
Dr. Sanchez completed his fellowship in orthopedic sports medicine at TRIA Orthopaedic Center in Bloomington, Minn., where he worked with the Minnesota Vikings, Timberwolves and Twins.
