Scott Luallin, MD, performed arthroscopic surgery on the right knee of Sporting Kansas City forward Erik Hurtado, the team reports.
What you should know:
1. Mr. Hurtado will be sidelined for two to three months.
2. Mr. Hurtado joined Sporting Kansas City after six seasons with Vancouver Whitecaps FC.
3. Dr. Luallin performed the surgery at Lee's Summit, Mo.-based Truman Medical Center.
