SCI Progress' new website provides extensive research, data, statistics and information to help individuals better understand spinal cord injuries.
It delves into some of the common causes of spinal cord injuries as well as best practices for rehabilitation and recovery.
"The time immediately after an injury is often crucial, especially one of this nature," a spokesperson for SCIP told Talk 1170 Radio. "For best results, it’s good to understand what you are dealing with and have basic knowledge regarding the anatomy of the spine and spinal cord injuries."
