Daniel Scavilla. President and CEO of Globus Medical. Mr. Scavilla was most recently appointed to his role in April after spending seven years with the company serving in several roles, including senior vice president and CFO, president of trauma and joint reconstruction and executive vice president and chief commercial officer. He has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, working with companies such as Johnson & Johnson and Advanced Sterilization Products.

Brett Wall. Executive Vice President and President of Neuroscience Portfolio at Medtronic. Mr. Wall oversees five operating units under Medtronic's neuroscience portfolio: neuromodulation; cranial and spinal technology; neurovascular; pelvic health; and ear, nose and throat. These units generate more than $8 billion in annual revenue with about 15,000 employees worldwide. He is also a member of Medtronic's executive committee.

Rebecca Whitney. Senior Vice President and Global Spine President at ZimVie. Ms. Whitney was appointed to her role in March when the company was rolled out as an independent spinoff company of Zimmer Biomet. She had previously served in several leadership roles at Zimmer Biomet, including overseeing the company's spine and ASC businesses. Her past experience includes leadership roles at other healthcare companies such as GE Healthcare, Covidien and BD.

Matthew Lyons. Chair and CEO at Extremity Medical. Mr. Lyons has over 30 years of experience in the medical device industry, including several roles at medical implant companies. He was the first engineering manager at Exactech in 1989, developing its first porous coated total hip system. He also co-founded Blackstone Medical and grew the company's sales to $92 million in less than 10 years as its president and CEO until it was acquired by Orthofix in 2006. He holds numerous patents in orthopedics and medical devices.

Harold Hess, MD. Co-founder and Chief Medical Officer at Spinal Simplicity. Dr. Hess is a board certified neurological surgeon with an extensive background performing innovative procedures. He has been chosen to be an investigator in clinical trials for several spinal technologies.
