A four-building medical office portfolio in Salem, Ore., that is 100 percent leased to Hope Orthopedics has sold for $20 million, according to a March 6 email sent to Becker's.
Hope Orthopedics is a leading care provider in the region, with 15 physicians and 13 physician assistants.
The buildings, totaling 54,606 square feet, feature pods for office visits, pre and postoperative orthopedic treatment, MRI machines, X-ray machines, lab and physical therapy space.
Capital Real Estate Group represented the seller, who was undisclosed. The properties were sold to a private real estate investment trust.
