St. Augustine, Fla.-based Flagler Health+ opened its Flagler Health+ Village in Nocatee, Fla., the Jacksonville Daily Record reported Feb. 22.
The village is made up of a 40,000-square-foot, $19 million facility. The facility provides primary care, family medicine, concierge medicine, laboratory services, imaging, cardiovascular and orthopedic services. The facility also provides health coaching, wellness and educational classes.
The project was announced in November 2018.
The development is the latest in a series of similar projects. Coral Gables-based Baptist Health South Florida opened a similar development in November 2020.
