Practice Management

Rome, Ga.-based Harbin Clinic is moving its orthopedic practice as part of a strategic growth plan, according to a Feb. 4 announcement.

What you should know:

1. Orthopedics Rome will move into the Harbin Clinic building, which is also in Rome. The new location will open to patients Feb. 10.

2. Harbin Clinic will offer hand therapy, a newly added service, in an adjoining space. The practice also features an on-site procedure room and in-office orthotics services.

"We are excited for how this move will allow us to improve the care we provide our patients," orthopedic hand surgeon Stephen Klasson, MD, said in a press release. "Since Dr. Jarrad Barber [MD] joined our hand center team, we have been able to greatly increase the services we provide, and the new location will allow us even more flexibility."

3. Harbin Clinic has a team of more than 240 healthcare providers at 21 locations throughout Northwest Georgia.
