Sports apparel company Fanatics will move into the former headquarters of Tampa, Fla.-based Laser Spine Institute.

What you should know:

1. The space was leased by Highwoods Properties, who will rent out 92,000 square feet to Fanatics Brands.

2. Fanatics will redevelop the space to better suit its needs.

3. Laser Spine Institute unexpectedly closed its doors in March 2019.
