Developer purchases former New York spine complex — 3 insights

A developer acquired the complex housing Watertown, N.Y.-based CANI Spine Center and Sports Physical Therapy and has plans to renovate it, NNY360 reports.

What you should know:

1. The 39,000-square-foot complex will be called the Commons at Washington Summit. The developer, Michael Lundy, will clear and clean the site before it develops a connector road to the nearby Washington Summit buildings.

2. The complex formerly held five healthcare firms and a law firm.

3. Mr. Lundy paid $3 million for the complex Oct. 7.
