Four things to know:
1. The new 40,000-square-foot facility will support Astura's growth and future expansion.
2. The company posted an annual revenue growth of 104 percent last year.
3. The new headquarters features a cadaver lab and training center.
4. President and CEO Joel Gambrell said the facility will enable Astura to further develop its spine technology and meet growing demands from "surgeon, distributor and hospital partners."
