Alphatec appointed three new executives to leadership roles as the company seeks to boost sales in the western market.

Eric Dasso joined as executive vice president of adjunctive technologies, Wyatt Stanfield as area vice president of sales for the west and Timothy Day as territory development manager for the northeast.

Mr. Dasso has 17 years of experience with NuVasive. He arrives from Global Implant Systems where he operated as vice president.

Mr. Stanfield comes with 12 years of experience with Stryker Spine, leaving his role as area vice president of sales for the west. He specializes in building high-performance sales teams.

Mr. Day left his role as principal distributor for NuVasive and has 12 years of experience in spine sales and sales leadership roles from his time at NuVasive and Medtronic. His goal will be to expand the company's footprint in the northeast and transition into an exclusive Alphatec distributor.
