Pacira appoints former Johnson & Johnson exec Max Reinhardt president

Former Johnson & Johnson executive Max Reinhardt joined Pacira as president.

 

In his new role, Mr. Reinhardt is responsible for the commercial and medical care functions at Pacira while chairman and CEO Dave Stack will oversee commercial and corporate strategy. Prior to taking on his new role, Mr. Reinhardt was vice president of marketing for DePuy Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson Medical Device Companies division. He was accountable for $5.5 billion in revenue and a portfolio of medical devices including trauma, spine and reconstruction.

DePuy Synthes and Pacira have a strategic alliance, which Mr. Reinhardt led. He has more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, including time as worldwide president of DePuy Synthes Spine.
