Inspired Spine boosts MIS access with Dubai, South Korea partnerships — 6 highlights

Inspired Spine is expanding global access to its oblique lateral lumbar interbody fusion device.

Here are six highlights:

 

1. Inspired Spine created a new advanced minimally invasive spine surgery center in Dubai at the Canadian Specialty Hospital.

 

2. Mohammed Nooruldeen, MBChB, heads the center, and the team hosted their first telemedicine consults with patients last week.

 

3. Inspired Spine also hosted a live education session for surgeons in Seoul, South Korea.

 

4. The company built a Total Spinal Health and Technology Campus in Burnsville, Minn., to house its global training program.

 

5. The OLLIF procedure uses an incision of 15 mm and incurs 80 percent less blood loss compared to a traditional fusion.

 

6. Hamid Abbasi, MD, serves as CMO of Inspired Spine and is an OLLIF expert.
