Scottsdale, Ariz.-based R3 Stem Cell responded to an FDA letter that raised safety and legality concerns over R3's stem cell offerings.

A federal judge granted the FDA authority to regulate treatments from U.S. Stem Cell Clinic and U.S. Stem Inc.

New York Attorney General Letitia James is suing New York City-based Park Avenue Stem Cell, alleging the clinic performed unproven and rogue procedures on patients.
